** The owner advises us that all of the machinery was operational the last time they used it, however the equipment has been setting up for an extended period of time.  Therefore he suggests that all filters should be replaced and new batteries put in the equipment before attempting to operate it.  The auctioneer however reminds all bidders that we do not warranty or guarantee any items and any statements made by the Sellers or the Debtors cannot be verified by the Auctioneer to be accurate.
