This lot consists of all unlotted movable scrap that is on the property.  This does NOT include anything that would have to be cut that is attached to the buildings on this property.  We are including photographs of what we are designating as scrap in the lot details.   Lawler Auctions will not offer loading or fork lift assistance for this particular lot.  The winning bidder must provide their own way of loading this lot and provide a certificate of insurance prior to commencing any loading.
