Market Street, Shreveport, LA.  71107.  Buyer must pay for firearms at the Lawler Auction Facility prior to picking up their weapons and must pass a federal background check.  Buyer must pick up firearms in person from the Federal Firearms Dealer.  This item is subject to a $30 transfer fee that will be charged to the buyer to pay for the cost of the transfer.  This item is being sold subject to court order by the United States Bankruptcy Court.

At this auction, only Louisiana residents may purchase handguns. Buyers must pick up their handgun purchases from Cash In A Flash Pawn Shop, 1280 N. Market Street, Shreveport, LA 71107 where a Federal background check will be conducted in accordance with US ATF Regulations.  Only residents of Louisiana and all bordering states to Louisiana (Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi) may purchase long guns (rifles and shotguns) and pick up their purchases from Cash In A Flash Pawn Shop subject to the Federal background check.  If a resident of Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Georgia or Missouri purchases a handgun in the auction, or prefers to have a long gun shipped to their state, they must make arrangements with a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer (FFL) to have the firearm shipped to the out-of-state FFL which will handle the background check and physical transfer of the weapon to the buyer in their respective state.  In such a case, the out-of-state buyer will still owe the standard $30 transfer fee for the transfer from Cash in a Flash to the out-of-state FFL plus packaging and shipping fees to have the weapon shipped to the FFL dealer, plus pay the out-of-state dealer any applicable fees that they may charge the buyer.
