U. S. Bankruptcy Aircraft Online Only Internet Auction 5-16-2022
We have been commissioned by the United States Bankruptcy Court to auction off a jet aircraft in an online only internet auction that is set to close on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM CST. The Buyer's Premium has been reduced to 6% on this auction.
THE AIRCRAFT WILL REMAIN AT PIERCE AVIATION, LOCATED AT 1101 JUDGE LEON FORD DRIVE, HAMMOND, LA UNTIL IT IS FULLY PAID FOR. We initially were going to have it flown to a hangar here in Shreveport however it made more sense to keep it at Pierce Aviation since they have been maintaining it and can answer any questions that potential bidders might have about the aircraft. A non-refundable payment of the 6% Buyer's Premium plus a non-refundable $20,000 deposit is due on the day of the auction by bank wire, cash, or certified funds. The balance will be due at closing, not to exceed 45 days. Full payment of the tug is expected the day of the auction. The aircraft cannot be moved until it is fully paid for, therefore if the winning bidder has the funds on auction day to pay in full, it is recommended and we can expedite the paperwork to transfer the title on the aircraft.
