REM MANUFACTURING - BANK ORDERED CNC MACHINE SHOP LIQUIDATION ONLINE AUCTION 5-23-2022
We have been commissioned by the Bank to auction off the Bank's collateral equipment of REM Manufacturing, which closed operations in January after the owner passed away. The assets are to be sold through an online only auction set to close on Monday, May 23, 2022 with a soft close beginning at 11:00am. The assets are all located at 2061 Magnolia Drive, Pasadena, Texas 77503.
There will be a $1,450 rigger fee charged on Lots 1-7 to cover the costs of removing the fluids from the machines and loading them onto a truck provided by the winning bidder on the designated pickup day of May 25, 2022 between the hours of 9am and 4pm. The designated rigger is All Pro Machine Movers. If the winning bidder cannot have a truck there on May 25, 2022, the rigger has agreed to transport the item to their location in the Houston area where it can be picked up at a later time for an additional $600 transport fee plus storage charges. The initial $1,450 rigger fee will automatically be charged to the winning bidder upon invoicing. However if the bidder elects to have items (lots 1-7) transported back to the rigger's facility, the bidder must pay for those additional charges directly to the rigger.
