We have been commissioned by the largest SBA Lender Bank in the United States to auction off their collateral seized from Zen Japanese Grill & Sushi Bistro in Miramar Beach, Florida, through an online only internet auction that is set to begin closing Wednesday, November 12, 2025 with a soft close at 10:00am Eastern Time. The Walton County Sheriff's Office executed a writ of replevin on the establishment on September 25, 2025 and the assets have been moved to a storage facility located down the street at Avid Storage, located at 11926 US Highway 98 W, Miramar Beach, Florida.

Buyers are asked to schedule a pickup appointment after the auction on Wednesday. Do not make an appointment until you have been invoiced, otherwise you will lose the $200 hold placed on your card for a "no show" if you do not buy anything. Please allow the pickup appointments to be used by the winning bidders only. These appointments are to prevent everyone from showing up at the same time to pick up their items. The pickup appointments will be available on Wednesday until 5pm, and then on Thursday from 8am to 12pm only. You will be able to make your appointment by logging into your account.
