Creamer Furniture Real Estate, Fixtures, & Handling Equipment Liquidation Auction 10-27-2025
We have been commissioned to auction off the Creamer Furniture Estate after Mr. Robert Creamer passed away in August 2024, leaving behind his business empire, including the Creamer Furniture Company. This will be the final of four auctions and will include the commercial property where the Creamer Furniture Company is located. This auction will also include the huge amount of warehouse shelving, display shelving, and fixtures along with the fork lifts and material handling equipment.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BUYERS:
The buyers of the large shelving units will have until November 17, 2025 to get them taken down and removed from the building. Such removal must take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm CST Monday through Friday of each week. Any purchaser of the large warehouse shelving must furnish a certificate of insurance covering the buyers or contractor hired by the buyer prior to commencing on any work to remove. However the Auctioneer and Seller will not be responsible for any items once the winning bidder is declared therefore we recommend that you put any such shelving under your insurance coverage once it is purchased. Our staff will not be there to babysit shelving units.

Our auction trailer will be set up on Monday, October 27, 2025 at the Creamer Furniture location where payments will be collected up until 4:30pm that day only.
