Highland Building Center Liquidation Auction ordered by SBA Bank Lender (Mio, Michigan) 11-20-2025

We have been commissioned by the Bank to auction off the remaining forklifts, material handling equipment, pallet shelving, retail display shelving, remaining inventory, and other assets at the Highland Building Center located in Mio, Michigan.  All assets will be sold to the highest bidder in an online auction set to end on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 1:00pm EASTERN time.  Staff on-site, in Michigan, may be reached at 318-642-0012, from 8am to 5pm EST.

• PREVIEW: A preview and inspection time has been set for the day of the auction from 8am to 12pm Eastern Time at 671 & 693 East Kittle Road, Mio, Michigan.

         Staff will be on-site Thursday morning, from 8am to 12pm, (during preview) to assist with registration and bidding. Bring ID and verification of funds. 

• REMOVAL: Once PAID IN FULL, you may begin load out the day of the auction until 5pm Eastern Time and on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 8am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.  Please make sure to prepare and have plenty of help and equipment necessary to load out your own equipment. 
• Payment in full must be made by the Bidder no later than 4PM Eastern Time on the day of the auction.  Payment must be made by Bank Wire or Credit Card only.  If paying by credit card, a 3.5% credit card or debit card surcharge will apply for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover transactions, and a 5% credit card surcharge shall apply for all American Express Transactions.
