We have been commissioned by the largest SBA Lender in the United States to auction off an assortment of trucks and refrigerated trailers as a customer defaulted on their SBA secured loan.  This auction will be an online only auction that will begin to close on Monday, June 14, 2021 beginning with Lot # 1 closing at 11:00AM PACIFIC TIME (CALIFORNIA TIME).  

There is a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all bids.  Payment is expected immediately following the auction via bank wire, no later than 3:00PM PACIFIC TIME.

No checks, no cash.  Bank wire payments only.  Auctioneer reserves the right to sell any item no paid for to the second place or subsequent bidder if payment is not made on the day of the auction. 

There will be a $200 credit card authorization charged on the credit card provided upon the placing of the first bid or registration.  That will only be an authorization and will not be charged unless the Bidder fails to pay.  If a bidder fails to pay timely, the authorization will turn into a charge and serve as a forfeited deposit. 

All items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever.  Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect all items before placing a bid.  A preview and inspection time has been set for Monday, June 14, 2021 from 8am to 11am (California Time) at 722 N. Brawley Avenue, Fresno, CA.  No returns.  No refunds.  No crybabies. 

All items must be removed from the Storage Yard no later than Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 4pm unless prior arrangements are made with the yard owner.  Buyer will be responsible for paying any storage fees for items left on the yard after June 15, 2021 and Lawler Auction Company and it's Client shall not be responsible for the safety and security of any item not picked up by 4pm on Tuesday, June 15, 2021.
