T Building w/2 rooms

Lawler Auctions will conduct an online auction of numerous T-Buildings (Temporary Buildings) that were used as classrooms by the Caddo Parish School Board in various schools.  The buildings remain on Caddo Parish School Board property and it will be the buyer's responsibility to move the buildings off of the school property no later than September 15, 2021, at the winning bidder's expense.  Please call Jake at 318-469-0003 with all inquiries.  Please do not call the School Board.

There is a 15% Buyer's Premium on all items. 

A $200 credit card authorization will be made on the card provided by the Bidder upon placing a bid, and that authorization will be held in lieu of a deposit.  After the auction, and provided that the Bidder does not win a bid or has paid for any winning lots, that hold will be released.  Once it is released, it may take up to 14 days for the authorization to appear back on the Bidder's credit card (depending on their bank or credit card company.)

All items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever.  The condition of the buildings may change from the time that the photographs were taken until the time the auction closes, so it is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect all items carefully before placing a bid.  All buildings are sold with all of their faults.

The winning bidder must remove the building from their current location no later than September 15, 2021.  However once the auction closes, the Bidder is responsible for the security and well being of any building left on School Property.  The Seller, the Auction Company, and the School Board assumes no responsibility for the safety and well being of any item left on site. 

All sales are subject to applicable sales taxes.

Payment is due immediately after the auction closes and must be paid with credit card, bank wire, or cash.  There will be a 3% credit card surcharge for all credit or debit card transactions.  The winning bidder will have until 11:00AM on Friday, July 23, 2021 to appear at Lawler Auctions, 7781 Highway 1 North, Shreveport, LA., and to make payment with cash, or the Bidder may elect to send a bank wire as long as Lawler Auctions receives the bank wire no later than 11AM on July 23, 2021.  Otherwise the credit card on file will be charged and the 3% surcharge will apply.  In the event that the credit card is declined for any reason and if the Bidder fails to make payment in full by 11AM on Friday, July 23, 2021, Lawler Auctions shall have the right to sell the Bidder's items to the second place or subsequent bidder without further notice and that Bidder will not be allowed to participate in future auctions, and will be subject to being reported the National Bad Bidder Registry.

All buildings must be removed by the Buyer no later than September 15, 2021.  There are two guys that we know of that move these types of buildings for people and they are Chad Hanson (318) 464-1540 or Lonnie Oney at (903) 926-5287.
