U. S. Bankruptcy Big Boy Toy Auction & Open Consignment Sale
We have been commissioned by the United States Bankruptcy Trustee to conduct an auction of assets ordered sold by the Trustee in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case consisting of Big Boy Toys, including boats, numerous motorcycles, ATV, Trucks, sports cars, Hunting Trailers, and much more! This will also be an open consignment auction with restrictions on only quality consignments with no reserves. Any consignment must have auctioneer approval before bringing it to the auction facility, so call in advance.
All automobile titles, boat titles, trailer titles, etc. will be handled via the United States Bankruptcy Trustee and sent to the buyers directly. We will provide contact information for the Trustee to the winning bidders upon payment of the assets so that they can communicate directly with the Trustee's Office. We would suggest planning for about a 7-10 day delay in getting the titles to you. All consigned automobile titles will be handled directly through our office.
