Caddo Sheriff Surplus Vehicle & Equipment & Open Consignment Auction 9-7-2023
We have been commissioned by numerous agencies, companies, and individuals to auction off a large assortment of vehicles and equipment to the highest bidder. Also a large assortment of restaurant items, with many new in the packaging. This auction will be conducted via an internet-only auction that will end with a soft close. Consignments are welcome!
ALL VEHICLES AND LOTS MUST BE PICKED UP ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2023, AS WE HAVE TO HAVE OUR PROPERTY CLEARED COMPLETELY OUT BY MONDAY DUE TO IMPROVEMENTS BEING MADE ON OUR PROPERTY. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS ON FRIDAY, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE A BID IN THIS AUCTION. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Items must be picked up on Friday after the auction between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM CST. Any items on-site at 5PM Friday will begin to incur a $9 a day, per lot storage fee.
NOTICE: Certain lots will require that you bring help to load, as our staff will not be able to assist in loading due to the large assortment of lots. Lawler Auction Staff will not handle or be responsible for any fragile/breakable items. It will be the buyer's responsibility to arrange the load out/ pickup of the items. For certain large items, the facility will provide forklift assistance only!
