Bank Ordered Health Manufacturer Online Auction - OHIO - 11-27-2023
We have been commissioned by the largest SBA Lender in the United States to conduct an online auction to liquidate the assets of the parent company of Patriot Masks after the owner died suddenly at the young age of only 41-years-old, forcing the company to close its doors and cease operations. The company was in the progress of relocating its mask production facilities to its new location in Antwerp, Ohio and the equipment was being re-installed at that location when the owner developed a brain aneurism that he did not recover from, forcing them to shut the company down. The company manufactured several different type of medical face masks, therefore all of the mask manufacturing equipment and support equipment is being sold through an online only internet auction ending Monday, November 27, 2023 at 1:30pm with a soft close. This auction will consist of not only equipment for production of masks, but also all support equipment such as fork lift, scissor lifts, material handling equipment, packaging equipment, scales, pallet racks, laboratory test equipment, and much more! These assets are located in Antwerp, Ohio. Please do not place a bid if you cannot be available to pickup your items on the pickup dates provided (Nov. 28th, 29th, and 30th, 2023).
If you are unable to bid due to your account being in Pending Status, we will need to vet your identity and ability to pay with three simple things:
- Signed bidder agreement which can be downloaded on our website at lawlerauction.com under "Forms".
- A copy of your driver's license or government issued photo ID.
- Proof of funds. This can be either a bank letter of credit or simply a current bank statement or credit card statement showing available funds.
