We have been commissioned by an SBA Lender Bank to auction off the assets of IGWT Coffee Shop, which operated as a PJ's Coffee of New Orleans in Nashville, Tennessee. Local Tennessee auctioneer Jay Cash has been brought on board to handle the onsite work in Nashville including the cataloging, preview & inspection, as well as the load-out supervision. However the auction will be conducted exclusively online via our website https://bid.lawlerauction.com. Customer Service, registration, and payment receipts will be handled through Lawler Auction Company in Shreveport, Louisiana.
If your account is in pending status and you cannot bid, that means you are new to us and we need to get you approved to bid. You will be happy to know that we vet all bidders so you are not bidding against people with no intention of paying. We also want to make sure that everyone understands how the auction works so that there are no misunderstandings or crybabies after the auction. We also want our bidders to be sure that they understand that we have to be paid immediately after the auction closes (and before 11am on the 27th) by bank wire or credit card and that pickup day for this auction is Feb. 27, 2024 only. To be approved, we need only three easy things.... A copy of your driver's license, a signed bidder agreement, and proof of funds (Either a letter from your bank or simply a current bank statement or credit card statement showing available balance). You will receive an email from us outlining those three items which even has a link to complete the bidder agreement digitally. If you do not see that email, check your junk or spam folder.
