U. S. Bankruptcy Auction of Lakeshore Heating & Air / Open Consignment Auction 9-19-2024

We have been commissioned by the trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court (Court approval pending) to conduct an auction of the assets of Lakeshore Heating & Air located at 4118 Lakeshore Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana. This will include the real estate as well as the movable assets owned by the company. *Lots 600 and up will be located at 4118 Lakeshore Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana.

We will also be taking consignments for this upcoming auction, at our new Auction Facility is located at 4813 Hazel Jones Road in Bossier City. We are conveniently located just off of Interstate 220 at Shed Road. When you exit onto Shed Road, go south to the first street and turn right, and you will see the big blue building when you turn with our lighted sign out front! We think you will love our new location because of where it is conveniently located as well as our large asphalt auction yard!. If you have items to consign, just bring them out and let Liz or Tyler get your items consigned to the auction!

Credit Card payments will only be taken in person with card in hand, effective immediately and we will not accept credit card payments above $5,000. Bidders that send a third party to pick up their items must pay by bank wire or cash only. On pickup day, we are extending our payment window three hours by opening up at 7:00am on Fridays and we will take cash payments up until 12:00pm CST to make it easier for our customers who have to work.

There is a "ONE-TIME" Bidder Approval necessary to participate in our auctions, which simply requires you to submit a copy of your driver's license or government issued photo ID, a signed bidder agreement and proof of funds or ability to pay. If you are still showing PENDING, please be sure you have sent/uploaded BIDDER AGREEMENT / DRIVER'S LICENSE/ PROOF OF FUNDS for your account or have sent those documents to cs@lawlerauction.com for approval. To upload the documents, simply click ACCOUNT in top right of page, then on FILE UPLOAD for fastest processing. (NOTE: Your ability to upload those documents to your account is only available for 6 days. If you are unable to upload, you can email cs@lawlerauction.com or call us at (318) 929-7003 to have the time extended. If you have already uploaded your driver's license, signed bidder agreement and proof of funds, you may call Customer Service at (318) 929-7003 during normal business hours to get your approval expedited. This Bidding approval is a one time process and you will automatically be approved for future auctions as long as you maintain prompt payment history and pickup history with us. You will need to just click on REGISTER as normal for each auction, accept the terms and go from there.
