SBA Lender ordered Auction of TNT Family Entertainment Assets 9-12-2024
We have been commissioned by an SBA Lender Bank to auction off the movable assets secured by an SBA Loan, including all of the games, electronic equipment, restaurant equipment, tables, chairs, etc. through an online only internet auction that will begin on September 7, 2024 at 12:00am and will begin to end on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 6:30PM CST with a soft close.

If you require delivery, crating or shipping of items, DFW Movers & Erectors, Inc. has offered to provide these services as a third party service provider. DFW Movers has been providing rigging services for our company for many years and they are located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. All negotiations and contracting between DFW Movers and the Bidders are between the Winning Bidder(s) and DFW Movers. Lawler Auctions is not responsible for any items once they are picked up by the Buyer or any riggers that they contract with. A third party release form is required to be completed by the Winning Bidder listing any third party that will be picking up their merchandise, and a copy of the Winning Bidder's Driver's License shall accompany that form.

Bidding approval is a one time process, you will then REGISTER as normal for each auction and you will not have to complete these steps as long as you maintain prompt payment and pickup history with us.
