SBA Lender Bank ordered auction of Iredell Oral Surgery Center Assets 1-7-2025

We have been commissioned by the largest SBA Lender Bank in the United States to auction off the assets used as collateral in an SBA Loan at the former Iredell Oral Surgery Center, located at 229 Medical Park Drive, Mooresville, North Carolina.  We have partnered with North Carolina licensed auctioneer T. Kyle Swicegood (Lic. #8805) who will handle the onsite activities including the preview and inspection as well as the pickup day. 

• New bidders must be pre-approved and have account set up prior to bidding. We recommend doing this early! Please do not wait until auction closes, as we approve bidders up until 4PM the day of the auction.
• Bidding approval is a one-time process, you will then REGISTER as normal for each auction, and you will not have to complete these steps as long as you maintain prompt payment and pickup history with us.
