NOTICE: Please make note that all items with a quantity listed greater than 1 are bidded on TIMES THE MONEY. In other words, if there are 10 hammers and the bid is $5 each, the Total bid will be $50. (This is very evident as the system will say $5 X 10 = $50.) However when the quantity is "1" then that means the whole lot is being sold together and will not be times the money. Also, for everyone's safety as well as your convenience, we will be making appointment times to pick up merchandise. This has worked well in the past and minimizes long wait periods. Pickup days will be Wednesday and Thursday. Pallet shelving may not be removed until Friday. However payment is due immediately after the auction closes. Thank you for your cooperation.

We have been commissioned by Broussard Rental & Oilfield Supply to conduct an online only internet auction to liquidate the inventory of their hardware, industrial, and oilfield supply warehouse. All items are located in Broussard, Louisiana. (Just south of Lafayette, Louisiana).
There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium on all items.
Payment is due immediately after the close of the auction. Payment may be made with a credit card (subject to a 3% credit card surcharge), or bank wire. All bank wires must be received no later than 11am on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. The credit card on file will automatically be charged at 11:05am on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 if payment is not received by that time period.
All items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever. Most of the items are believed to be new, however it is the duty of the Bidder to carefully inspect all photographs before placing a bid. Most of the items have been photographed and then boxed up for easy pickup upon completion of the auction. Some items used by the company will obviously have been used. Please refer to photographs to make your own determination on those items.
There will be three (2) pickup days for this auction, plus an extra day for the buyer to dismantle and remove shelving rack units (sold as one lot). Buyers MUST have an appointment to pickup their items. This will prevent everyone from arriving at the same time to pickup their items and will maintain a smooth flow of customer service. All bidders must bring the necessary help necessary to load up their own items. Facemasks are required at all times.
As soon as the auction is over, bidders will be emailed and invoice which they can choose to pay themselves using the credit card on file or another credit card. If they prefer to pay by bank wire, the Customer may email us and request a copy of the bank wiring instructions. All bank wires must be received by Wednesday morning at 11am, otherwise system will automatically bill the credit card on file.
All sales are subject to local and state sales taxes.
Upon registration, bidders' credit card will be authorized for $100 and a hold will be placed on it, however that hold will fall off after 3-4 days, depending on the Bidder's bank or credit card company. However if the bidder's credit card fails to charge the amount due after the auction and is declined for any reason or if the Bidder fails to show up to pay, the $100 is forfeited to the auction company.
