Lawler Auction Company has been commissioned to liquidate certain remaining equipment assets of BROS - Broussard Rental & Oilfield Supply as well as assets of neighboring businesses who have equipment surplus to their needs, as well as some other inventory that was not included in the inventory liquidation auction conducted earlier this month.  We are conducting this as an emergency auction so that potential buyers can take advantage of any tax depreciation benefits before the end of the year.  Our staff will be on property one day only for load-out, which will be Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020.

All assets are located in Broussard, Louisiana (Lafayette, Louisiana area).

There is a 15% Buyer's Premium on all items.  Local and state sales taxes will be collected in compliance with State Law.

All items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever.  Bidder agrees to accept all items with their faults.

Payment is due immediately after the auction closes.  An invoice will be emailed and the Bidder may pay by credit card (subject to a 3% surcharge) or they may pay with a bank wire, provided that payment is received by 11am on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.  No items may be picked up until payment is made in full.   Buyer may elect to pay with cash provided that payment is made before 11am on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020.  Otherwise the system will automatically charge the credit card on file at 11:05am on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.

There is only one pickup day for this auction, therefore Bidder agrees to have adequate help available to load out their own items on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 8am to 4pm.   (Any exceptions must be agreed to by the Seller in advance of the auction and the Buyer must coordinate the pickup with the Seller).

Upon registration, there will be a $200 authorization placed on the credit card on file.  That authorization will drop off within a few days, depending on the bank or the customer's credit card company, unless the Bidder fails to pay his bill or in the event that the credit card on file is declined when the actual charge is processed for winning bids.  If the Bidder fails to make good on the payment, the entire $200 will be charged and forfeited to the auction company, and the Bidder's winning bids will be sold to other bidders.

Lots numbered below 104 are located at 100 Rue Napoleon in Broussard.  All lots numbered 104 and above are located across the highway at Bulldog Services, 6007 Highway 90 in Broussard (next to Dominos Pizza).
