We have been commissioned by the owners of ALL STAR HATS at LOUISIANA BOARDWALK to liquidate all of their remaining inventory, shelving, and fixtures through an online only auction that will begin to end Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 6:30pm.  All merchandise has been transported to the Lawler Auction Facility in Shreveport after being photographed and boxed up.

There is a 15% Buyer's Premium on all items.  There is also a 3% credit card surcharge on all credit card and debit card charges through Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  American Express is subject to a 5% credit card surcharge.

Payment is due immediately following the auction.  An invoice will be sent out by email and you will have the ability to pay it using your credit card.  You may also appear at the Lawler Auction Facility with cash between 8:30am and 11:00am the next day.  We also accept bank wires as long as we receive the wire before 11am.  At 11:05am the credit card on file will automatically be charged.  No checks accepted without a bank letter of guarantee (a bank letter of credit will not be accepted). 

All items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever.   The descriptions listed are believed to be correct, however it is the duty of the Bidder to verify all descriptions from the photographs provided.  Lawler Auction Company is under no obligation to disclose any faults of any items sold as the auction company knows just as much about these items as you do.  No crybabies please.  

There will be a $100 credit card authorization on the credit card that is used to register for this particular auction (Our normal authorization charge is $200).  That authorization should disappear from your account within 2-3 business days after it is authorized.  Upon registration, the bidder will be placed in pending status until approved by the Auctioneer.  New bidders may be required to place a $200 cash deposit at The Lawler Auction Facility prior to the auction and bidders may be required to show proof of funds availability in order to bid.

No dealers license is required for our auctions, however you will be required to provide a government issued identification upon picking up your items.

All items must be picked up on the day after the auction closes.  We do however offer storage services of only $9 per day per lot for items that are located at the Lawler Auction Facility and an appointment must be made to pick up your items if you are not able to pick up your items on the scheduled pickup day.  Obviously we do not offer storage for items not picked up at off-site locations.

Shipping will be available for the boxed new merchandise items and can be quoted after the auction closes.  We utilize UPS for our shipping.

Items must be picked up on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 9am to 5pm from The Lawler Auction Facility located at 7781 Highway 1 North, Shreveport, LA.  71107
